These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and Cartel4D ("Company", "Platform "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at cartel4d.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any part of the Cartel4D platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on Cartel4D. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be operated solely by the registered Account Holder. Sharing account credentials, operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing third parties to conduct transactions through your Account is not permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion or third-party exclusion that covers online gambling platforms.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. Cartel4D does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific location and assumes no liability for Users accessing the platform from restricted territories.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and financial features on Cartel4D, Users are required to complete the account registration process. The following obligations apply:

4.1 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — must be accurate, truthful, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Cartel4D will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.3 Account Updates

You are obligated to keep your account information up to date. If contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account promptly. Failure to maintain accurate records may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending re-verification.

4.4 Account Dormancy

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Cartel4D reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts after the applicable notice period, in accordance with applicable regulations.

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and international responsible gambling standards, Cartel4D requires all account holders to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. KYC may also be triggered at any point during the account lifecycle, including upon registration, before a promotional bonus is released, or when transaction patterns require review.

Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• International passport (photo page)
• Government-issued driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address, dated within 3 months)

Cartel4D reserves the right to request additional documentation where standard submissions are insufficient to complete verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.1 Supported Deposit Methods

Accepted deposit methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Bank Connect, DuitNow transfers, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Visa and Mastercard (debit/credit), 7-Eleven Cliq, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. 6.2 Deposit Conditions

6.3 Declined Deposits

If your deposit is declined or pending, you should first verify with your bank or e-wallet provider before contacting Cartel4D support. Do not attempt multiple rapid deposit submissions for the same transaction, as this may result in duplicate charges that require manual reversal.

Cartel4D is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions and timelines apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders:

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered Cartel4D account.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met in full before the relevant portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for most payment methods.

7.2 Processing Times

7.3 Withdrawal Reviews

Cartel4D reserves the right to conduct due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests at any time. Where a review is triggered — for example, by unusual transaction patterns, pending KYC completion, or potential bonus abuse — processing may be temporarily suspended while the review is completed. Affected users will be notified via their registered contact details.

Cartel4D offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are awarded at Cartel4D's sole discretion and may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal of any associated winings is permitted.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Specific promotions may require the deposit plus bonus to be wagered — refer to individual promotion pages for clarification.
• Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, sports betting, and slots may carry varying contribution rates.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

• All wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be altered or cancelled by the User after placement, except where a cancellation option is explicitly provided within the applicable game or market interface.
• Cartel4D's platform outcome records are the definitive authority in any dispute regarding game results, scores, or wager outcomes. Server-side logs take precedence over client-side displays in the event of a discrepancy.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that materially affects the fairness or integrity of a game round or bet, Cartel4D reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the relevant account balances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus mechanics.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identification documents.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.

• Charging back or reversing deposits through financial institutions after using those funds for wagering purposes.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Cartel4D platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not confer any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the Cartel4D brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Create derivative works based on any element of the Cartel4D platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cartel4D, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
• Any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, network outages, or maintenance periods, whether or not prior notice was given.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment processors, financial institutions, or telecommunications providers that affect transaction processing or platform accessibility.
• Any gambling losses, regardless of whether such losses result from game outcomes, changes in odds, or wager settlement decisions made in accordance with applicable betting rules.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Cartel4D's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. Cartel4D's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Cartel4D collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Cartel4D platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Cartel4D's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Cartel4D, we encourage Users to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as most issues can be resolved swiftly and informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to submit to a formal dispute resolution process in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.
